Here at GH Cutter Services we offer affordable costs with detailed and experienced machinists. Our Company started in 1988 and has been growing adding and creating new ideas. We opened a new line for designing and building gauges in 1994. Our gauges are used by several plastic bottle manufacturers in the USA. We are also a manufacturer for fixtures by machining specialists.
We are now expanding our welding business with skilled welders.
We offer a variety of Gauges. We have Inside Diameter, Outside Diameter, Planarity Check and Height Gauges checking bottle dimensions with different designs to fit company needs.
Most Gauges have a calibration piece/s that has been professionally calibrated to critical number and certified.
We offer a Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility Data Sheet and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Report with detailed instructions with your purchase. Reproducability is the variation in the average measurements of different appraisers who measure the same items using the same measuring equipment. It may also be used to compare different measuring devices at different locations. Repeatability and Reproducibility are used in Gauge R&R Studies.
